Logging in to the Tractics Mobile App

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for logging in to the Tractics mobile app, including how to reset your password if needed.

Enter Company Code & Select Language

When you first open the app, you’ll land on the Company Code screen. Here you will enter your Company Code in the field provided and tap **Select** to continue to the login screen.\ \ **Note:** If Spanish is your preferred language, you can tap the dropdown to change the language from English to Spanish.

Enter your email and password, then tap **"Login".**

Check the **"Remember me"** box *before logging in* if you want to enable biometric login (Face or Touch ID) in the future.

After logging in once with Remember me checked, the **"Login with Biometrics"** option will appear the next time you open the app. If supported and enabled on your device, you can tap this option to log in using Face or Touch ID.

Reset Password

If you don't know your password, click "**Forgot Password?"**.

Enter the email address associated with your account, and click **"Submit"**.

You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click **"Reset Password"** in the email to continue.

You’ll be taken to the Reset Password screen. Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it again in the second field. Once both fields match, tap **Reset Password** to complete the process.
