Navigate & Login to your patient portal: <https://mmdpas.modulemd.com/PatientPortal/login>

From your dashboard, click on "Financials."

Click, "Make a Payment."

The Account Summary will only show charges generated in our NEW software system that went live on June 9, 2025. You can make a payment on your account for the older Dates of Service by clicking on the "Pay" button.

1. Enter your payment information. 2. Please make a note that the payment includes visits before 6/9/25 and then, 3. Click "Pay."

This banner will pop up when your payment was successful.

You account summary will now show your payment.
