Go to **Customs**

Go to **Export Declarations** list

Open an entry

Click **"Link to Inventory"**

Click **"Create MUCR Consolidation"** to create a new consignment

You can also add the entry to an already existing consignment by clicking **"Add to Existing MUCR Consolidation"**

Most of the fields on the form will be automatically populated based on the data entered in the entry "Vehicle/Trailer Code" field names will change according to **Transport Type**

- **Transport Type**: Air, Sea and Road. MUCR Consolidation is mostly used for **Air** Transports - **MAWB**: Master Air WayBill. Your **MUCR** will also be generated once you fill this field - **MUCR**: Master UCR. This field will be automatically generated from **MAWB** - **Origin**: Not mandatory

You can link another DUCRs to the consignment via **"Add Consignment ducr Line"**

After creating the consignment record, you can start the MUCR Consolidation process by clicking **"Consolidate"**

You can **"Finalize"** the consolidation after it is **Consolidated**

You can also **disassociate** the DUCRs you want from the MUCR Consolidation

You can **"Unfinalize"** the consolidation to unlink all DUCRs from the MUCR after it is **Consolidation Finalised** if you want

You can see the consignment record and unlink it directly from the entry

Once you sent the export entry and it got cleared, the consignment status will be **"Cleared"** too

You can also view your existing MUCR Consolidation records and create new consignments in **Customs > Side Links > Consignments**
