Click "Items"

Click "Manage Items"

Click "CSV"
This will download a report of the item name, number, category, description, exception, table, solicitor, FMV, start, raise, closing, taxable, tax rate, item type, buy now, notes, qty, limited, consignment, status, history names, and reserve amount.
**Special Characters Encrypted Code** EX: Special Characters, accent marks, french alphabet) If you encounter encrypted code in your downloaded file for special characters, try opening it in CSV format instead of Excel. Excel tends to change the encoding and turn properly encoded characters into gibberish. However, if you open the CSV file in a program that supports UTF-8 encoding like Sublime Text, the special characters will display correctly. Please note that this is an Excel issue beyond our control.
