Use your login credentials to login to the [**Checkmate Portal**](https://mm.itsacheckmate.com)

Hover your mouse over the left-hand edge of the screen so the navigation sidebar slides open and click on **"Profile"**

You will be redirected to the "**Profile Settings**" page, where you can view and update your profile.

Under notification settings, you can choose to receive notifications for **ANY** the following events: - Location going offline - Ordering platforms going offline - Menu items sold out - Menu push updates - Price Elevation changes - Orders not processed

Check the "**Use Alternate Email**" box if you want to receive notifications at an alternate email address for any of the above changes.

An "**Alternate Email**" field will appear. Enter the alternate email address where you want to receive notification emails.

Toggle the switch to "**On**" to receive emails or "**Off**" to stop receiving emails for the changes.

Once you have made your changes, you can either: - **Discard changes**: Do not save any changes and revert to the previous settings. - **Save changes**: Save the changes and update your profile.
