As the coach you are able to view the athletes associated with your team.

To view the members of a team, click **Manage Teams**.

Click the **Members** icon next to the sport where you want to view the members. Athletes will join teams themselves during the registration process. It is not necessary for coaches to assign athletes to teams.

After clicking the **Members** icon, you will be directed to the Team Member List page. As the Coach you will be able to see the profile pictures, names, as well as the date of last physical and physical expiration date (if your organization has this setting enabled) for the athletes.

The **Status** column indicates the athletes submission status. If the profile is **red** and has the red circle icon then the profile is **incomplete**. You can click on the red circle in the **Status** column to see the documents keeping the athlete from completion. If the profile is **yellow** and has the yellow triangle under the Status column then that means that the athlete has completed all required documentation and is now **waiting on clearance** from staff at your school/organization. (Anyone with only a coach role is not able to set or edit the athletes clearance status) If the profile is **green** and has a green check mark under the Status column that means that the athlete has completed all required documentation and they have been manually **cleared** by the proper staff at your school/organization.

To view the athletes profile and documentation click the three vertical dots to the right of the athlete.

Click the heart icon.

You will be taken to the athletes profile. You can view any flagged information, clearance status and clearance status history, emergency information, submitted documentation, and the teams the athlete is joined to by clicking on the dropdown arrows to the right of the section you would like to view.

To view the athletes documents you can click on the document directly from this page. If a document is grey that means that the document has not yet been submitted by the athlete.

Or you can click the **Manage Documents** button to view the documents and any required e-signatures.

Here you will see all active documents in the athletes profile. You can click the PDF icon to the left of the document you want to view and it will download. You can also see all e-signatures that were applied and the dates that they were applied to each document. If you click the blue date underneath the signers name you will be taken to an image of the signature that has been applied.

Click **Done** to return to the athletes profile.

Click on your team at the top of your page to go back to your teams roster.
