Manage Vendors in Brokerage Engine

Hover your mouse over "Invoices" in the navigation bar.

Click "Marketing & Services"

Click on the dropdown arrow next to "+ Add Opportunity".

Click "Manage Vendors"

You will be taken to the Vendors page, where you can see a table that displays all active vendors in the system.
How to Add a Vendor to the System

Click "+ Add Vendor"

Fill out as many fields as you can on this "Add Vendor" screen.

Once you have filled out as many fields as you can, click the "Add" button, and this vendor will be added to the system.
Once you add a vendor to the system, they will be shown in the table of active vendors on the Vendors page.
How to Search for Active Vendors in the System

You can search for a vendor by typing their name in the "Name" field.

You can also filter the vendors shown on the table by selecting a specific tag to filter the table by.
How to Edit an Active Vendor in the System

If you need to edit the information of a vendor in the system, you can click on the "Edit Vendor" button in the action column of the Vendors table.

Clicking the "Edit Vendor" button will bring you to the Edit Vendor screen, where you can adjust information for the vendor, as needed. Once you have finished making your changes, click on the "Update" button.
How to Delete a Vendor

If you want to delete a vendor from the system, you can click on the "Delete Vendor" button in the action column of the Vendors table.

Clicking on the "Delete Vendor" button will cause this "Are you sure?" pop-up to appear. If you do want to delete the vendor from the system, click on the "OK" button.
Once you click "OK" in the prior step, the vendor will be removed from both the Vendors table and your system.
