Manage and Reschedule Meetings on Swapcard

Swapcard

Navigate to [https://app.swapcard.com/event/alliance-northwest-2026](https://app.swapcard.com/event/alliance-northwest-2026)

Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen

Select My schedule

Select Meetings only

Adjust your availability for meetings The system does not block overlap. If you are speaking or attending a breakout session, you will need to make yourself unavailable during those times.

Optional schedule adjustment: Adjust by check boxes, Select "Manage my meeting availability"

Check to be available and uncheck slots to not be available

Once your schedule is set, go to the Attendees tab Use the filters to find people to meet

Click on a person

**Starting 3/16,** if the person has meetings available in the same time slots as you, you will see them. Select one.

You can add additional people to the invitation if they are your contact All meetings are held in the "Meeting Room"

Description: leave blank or add a note about you and your organization

Optional Click "Boost reply chance with a chat message"

To start a chat with the meeting request

Click "Send meeting request"

Meeting requests appear in the bell icon along with other event notifications.

Click the meeting to see more options

This is the meeting screen To reschedule click the 3 dots, then click "Reschedule meeting" Select a new time and make any other changes It will cancel this meeting and schedule a new one.

After reschedule it will look like this, select access new meeting to go to the active meeting

Other options Add participants - you must have the crown logo and the participant a contact Use the live interact to chat or share links and documents for the meeting, before and after too. Create virutal room turns the meeting into a video call if needed.

Navigate back to My Scheduled, clck the icon in the upper right corner

Select My Schedule

Select the 26th

Meetings will show with the sessions you have added to your schedule

Click Meetings only to see your meetings with out sessions

Meetings need to be accepted by the invited party with in 5 days or will be cleared.
