Manager or Coach - Completing Scores by QR Code

This help guide walks you through the steps you need to follow on Matchday as a manager or coach to complete the match scores. While a referee should be primarily responsible for scoring entry, the coach or manager can also complete this procedure.

STEP 1: How to scan the QR Code

Open the [[Camera]] on your mobile device and scan the [[QR Code]] from the Manager/Coach matchcard in the app from either team OR from the paper matchsheet

Step 2: How to Verify your personal information

Complete the Personal Information [[Full Name]], [[Email]] and [[Role]]. This information is utilized for validation purposes.

Select [[Save & Next]]

STEP 3: How to Enter details of match officials

If you have access to this information enter the [[Full Name]] of all Match Officials present at the game, if this information is available.

Select [[Save & Next]]

STEP 4: How to Check teams rosters

Select all [[Players]] who are in attendance and mark them as [[Playing.]] If you're unsure, default the players to "Playing".\ \ ⚠️This section may already be pre-filled if each team manager/coach has submitted the roster in their matchcard on the app

Select [[Team Staff]] who are on the bench. If you're unsure, you can leave these selections as you found them and simply proceed.\ \ ⚠️ This section may already be pre-filled if the team manager/coach has submitted the roster in their matchcard on the app

Make sure the same process has been completed for both the [[Home]] and [[Away]] team

Select [[Save & Next]]

STEP 5: How to Enter score and yellow/red cards

To update the final score, select the [[Edit Score]] button

[[Enter]] the final total score on this page, then select [[Save]] to confirm. Only select 'Save as Final' if all yellow/red cards have already been entered (or if there were none to enter).

To record a yellow or red card (if applicable), select the [[+]] button next to the player and choose the card type

Select the appropriate [[Yellow Card Code]] for the player. If the specific code is unknown, choose ‘Yellow Card’ ⚠️ Note that by entering a second yellow for the same player, the system will automatically detect and update to a red card (R7/2CT).

After selecting the Yellow Card(s) or Red Card, press [[Update]] to save the details.

Once all scores and card offences have been updated, select [[Save as Final]] to complete the process.

After selecting ‘Save as Final’, you will be asked to confirm your choice. Type [[Confirm]] and press [[OK]] to complete.

Once you have confirmed, your work is complete. The result and action log will now be visible on the Schedules and Standings page with a direct link to the scoring summary/match details
