Normally synchronization of attendance records between the attendance machine, the BioAttendance software, and the online school portal usually happens automatically (provided the computer that has the BioAttendance software is connected to the attendance machine and has Internet connectivity). \ \ Nevertheless, in some cases where the computer got disconnected from the machine at some point (while the machine kept working) or got disconnected from the internet at some point, you can go ahead to manually trigger the synchronization of attendance records across the three points.\ \ Some establishments prefer to have the attendance machine working independently. By the end of the day they connect the computer that has the BioAttendance software to the attendance machine and then run attendance log synchronization.
Manually pulling attendance logs from attendance machine

Sign in to the BioAttendance software as an admin.

On the BioAttendance software dashboard, click "**Pull Attendance from Devices**" and allow the process to complete
Manually pushing attendance logs to your online portal

On the BioAttendance software dashboard, click "**Push Attendance to Portal**" and if the system finds any records yet to be pushed online, it will show the number and you can then click to confirm the action.
Viewing users attendance reports locally

Click "Attendance"

Click "Reports"

Click to select the mode of report to view

Select the date (if viewing day-wise) or the month (if viewing month-wise)

Click to select a user type

Click "Show Report" to load the attendance report

Click "Next" if you wish to view next day or month depending on the report you are viewing

Click "Print Report" if you wish to print your report
