From WAC+

Click "Manage"

Click "All Users"
Employees will be created in WAC+ the day after they are sold an employee membership in MOSO.

Search for Employee

Click "Roles"

Select "Coach", your club, and then "Front Desk" and "Group Fitness", click "Save"
Additional departments can be selected if the employee will teach or sub for premium or swim lessons.

Click "Close"

Click "Instructors and Trainers"

Select the "Front Desk" option.

Select employee from dropdown list.

Enter the Paycom ID in Employee ID field.

Click "Group Classes"

Select categories approved to teach/sub

Click "Save"
