Managing Members: Mark as "Left School"/"Return to School"

Navigate to <https://portal.sigmachi.org/>

Click "Membership"

Click "Manage Members"

View "Left School Members" table.

To add someone to that category, go to the active members on campus list. Click on the individual you want to mark as Left School.

Click "Mark Left School"

Click "\*Left School Date", and enter date student unenrolled or left institution.

Click "Left School Reason"

Pick from the selection.

Select unenrolled, then click "Next".

"Left School Members" will populate with individuals that left school to take a gap year, semester, etc. Status will be moved to alumni automatically.

To return left member back to the active roster, select on his name.

Click "Mark Return To School"

Click "\*Return To School Date", and enter date of return.

Click "Next"

Click the "Search" field.

Type in name of member.

Member will added back to roster and changed to active - undergraduate.
