Managing Notifications in BasketballConnect

When you first download the BasketballConnect App on your mobile device, you will be prompted to allow notifications to receive updates. Hit ***Ok*** to continue.

Select ***Allow*** to allow BasketballConnect notifications.
If you want to allow notifications manually or check that you have them turned on, follow the next steps.

Navigate to your device settings.

Scroll down until you find the BasketballConnect App (The app has the same logo and has the name '***Basketball***')

Click ***Notifications***

Hit ***Allow Notifications***
If you still believe you are not receiving communications please contact your club/association and they can reach out to BasketballConnect support.
