Accessing a subject's question bank

Log into your school portal as an admin or a teacher

Click "e-Class"

Click "CBT"

Click "Question Bank"

Select a Class

Select a Subject

Click "Go to Question Bank"
Filter Questions

Click on "Filter Questions" to filter your questions.

You can choose to filter by Taken Status, Vetted Status, Archived Statues, Tags or the Time frame it was added.

Click "Apply Filter" to apply the selected filter criteria
How to Edit Questions

To edit a question, click the action button corresponding to the question

Click "Edit"

Make your Edits/Changes

Click "Update Question" to update the changes made.

Click "Done" when you are done with the changes.
How to Vet Questions

Simply toggle on the slide/switch bar to the right to mark a question as "vetted" after you must have reviewed it.
How to Archive and Un-archive Questions

There are two ways to do this, first click the actions button beside the question you want to archive.

Click "Archive"

Click "Yes. Go on." to Archive.

To un-archive, take the same steps as when you archived to un-archive. \ \ Click the actions button beside the archived question

Click "Unarchive"

Click "Yes. Go on." to un-archive.

The second approach is to Archive and Un-archive more than one question at a time. \ \ You can select all or select the ones you wish to Archive.

How to copy a question

Click on the actions button next to the question you want to copy

Click "Copy To.."

Choose the destination category where you want to copy the question to.\ Here, we chose to copy the question to a "Question Group"

Select Yes, go on to copy or cancel if you change your mind.

Select "Another Subject's Question Bank" to copy the question to another question subject's bank

How to move a question

Just as it is with Copying of questions, Click on the actions button of the question you want to move

How to Navigate Multiple pages of Questions.

To Navigate your pages if you have many questions in your question bank, use the right and let arrow in the pagination bar at the foot of the page to navigate left or right.
