Managing Scout Summer Camp Activity Registrations

Learn how to efficiently manage your scout's camp activity registrations through the council portal. This guide walks you through selecting, reviewing, and updating specific merit badges and sessions to ensure your scout is properly enrolled.

Navigate to [https://mycouncil.pathwaytotherockies.org/](https://mycouncil.pathwaytotherockies.org/)

Click Under My Current Events for your Summer Camp

Click Your Troop

Click "Members" to find your individual Scouts

Click "view" for the scout you need to add, change, or delete merit badge activites

Click "Activities" button

In order to add activities Click "Manage Activities"

Find the desired activity and click.

Click the session that works for the scout

When you choose a new merit badge activity it will only show you times that fit into the youths schedule.

Continue for all Merit Badge Activities

In order to see the schedule in a caledar form click return

By clicking on activities you are able to see the full weekly activities

If activities need to be changed click "manage Activities"

Choose the activity to remove and Click "remove"

Now the available activities will only show for that time slot.
