Manually Add Reservations and recurring reservations

Navigate to [https://development.clubplanner.be/](https://development.clubplanner.be/)

Double-click on an activity to open the reservations-list.

Click "+Add member" to add a new reservation

Type "name"

Select the member you would like to add.

Choose how the member books this activity. **Options**: - Book by using membership - Book as "free activity" (don't use any membership and member doesn't need to pay) - Book as "unpaid". Member still needs to pay.

If you want to add a recurring reservation, click on the "More actions" button next to the member's reservation.

Click "Repeat/delete reservation"

Here you have several options: - You can repeat/delete from 'Today "**until a selected date in the future**" or you can select "**until the end date of the subscription of the membe**r" - You can select the "**start hour**" of the activity. If you select this, you will only repeat the reservation in activities that start on this specific hour. - You can select "**days**". If you select certain days, you will repeat the reservation only for the activity that is planned on these days. - You can select "**Employee**": you can select of you repeat this reservation on the same activities with the exact same assigned employee.

Click "Repeat"

A message will show you how many reservations were succesful or unsuccesful. *Note: if you repeat a reservation for a member with a turncard and you have manually selected an end date, Club Planner will only book as many reservations as there are turns left on the turncard.* *F.e. you repeat a reservation for 10 weeks (each week) but member has only 2 turns left: Club Planner will only add 2 reservations.*
