Mark not booked, booked and started visit as not done

When you're logged in to Hyggio, click "Trials" in the left side menu

Choose a trial

Click "Patients"

Click the counter of visits for a given patient

Click 3 dots menu

Click "Mark as not done"

Choose a date of when the visit should be (only for not booked visits)

Enter reason of why the visit is marked as not done

Choose the status after the visit

Optionally you may enter a comment
Marking a visit as not done is permanent and cannot be undone

Click "Save"

The visit will be now displayed as not booked

When you open the visit, you could see the reason of why the visit was marked as not done
