Mass Enabling/Disabling Parent Web Access

With your student selection active, select the dropdown arrow under your selection.

Scroll down to "Student Account Management" and select "Change Student Field Values"

The field we want to change to give Parent Web Access is (AllowWebAccess) Note: It is resourceful to use the hyperlinked Fields button to see the PS Fields database.

Enter one of the following field values to change the parent access. 0= Disable 1= Enable
Even after Mass Enabling/Disabling, as an administrator you will still need to manage the username and password management for portal accounts.

Select Submit to send your record.
It is important to note that all mass Field Changes are irreversible. Please use with caution.

Verify all information on the screen is accurate from the Old field to the New field. Once you have double checked, select submit to save the changes.
This will update all parents to have access to the Parent Portal application for their child. It is important to ensure that the students in your selection need both parents opted in before making this change.
