Mass Enabling/Disabling Student Web Access

Select a group of students in which you wish to mass assign/unassign web access to. Then select the arrow under your student selection.

Scroll down to "Student Account Management" and select "Change Student Field Values"

Enter (Student_AllowWebAccess) as the "Field to Change"
Tip! If you are having any issues entering in the field exactly, it is recommended to use the hyperlinked "Fields" option to display all field options.

To change the "Student Allow Access" Field, enter one of the following values to mass change your selected group of student's PS Portal access. 0= Disable 1= Enable

Once you have verified all of the information, select submit to save the field value change entered.

This screen will display all students in your selected group and show their previous field value as well as the one you are changing, Once you have verified the information is updated correctly. Select Submit to save all changes.
It is important to note that any mass changes to field values should be used with caution.
