Matching "Unmatched" Referrals to the Correct Employee

Our integration with your ATS will automatically pull in referrals made outside of Eqo. If we detect an application is marked with your "employee referral" source, we will pull in that referral and attempt to match it to the correct employee the candidate listed on the application. If our AI is not able to match the correct employee or if there are multiple employees with the same name, we the record will come in as "unmatched" - which you can filter to on your referrals "Pipeline" tab. To manually match to the correct employee:

Navigate to "Referrals"

Click "Unmatched"Filter This will show you total unmatched referral records pulled in from the ATS. If you click on it, it will filter to all the records that still need to have the referring employee verified.

If you hover over the "Match" button, you will see the candidate's response to "who referred you". Eqo was unable to find an employee to match to.

Type in the employee # or name under "Match To" value,

Once you locate the correct employee record (ie. "Mr. Sunglass), click on the employee record

Click "Match"

On that referral record, you'll now see the correct employee is now listed and matched on the referral record. The employee will receive a notification that they have been properly credited for this referral, but next time they will need to initiate within the platform. The employee will now be able to track status on this referral and receive the payouts when they are due.
