Member Portal - Credit Card payments and premium receipts (Personal Health Plan Members ONLY)

This guide offers a straightforward process for managing credit card payments and retrieving premium receipts through the member portal. It simplifies payment submissions by outlining necessary steps and providing clarity on payment types and required information. Additionally, it enables users to easily access and download their premium receipts, ensuring efficient record-keeping. By following this guide, members can streamline their transactions and maintain their accounts with ease.

Click **“Manage My Account”** to access your account settings.

Click **“Submit Credit Card Payment”** to proceed with making a payment.

1. In the **Payment Amount** field, enter the full payment amount. 2. Select the **payment type**: - Annual premium payment - Payment resubmission - Claim repayment - Other 3. Enter your **credit card details**: - Cardholder name - Credit card number - Expiry date - CVV 4. **Provide consent** for the payment. Click **“MAKE PAYMENT”** to complete the transaction. A confirmation window will appear once the payment is processed.

Premium receipt

Click **“Premium Receipt”** to view and download your premium payment receipts.

Choose the **desired premium receipt year** from the available list. Click **"GENERATE"** to create the receipt.

The receipt will appear below. To save a copy, click **“DOWNLOAD FILE.”**
