Member Portal - Sending documents and viewing history

This guide helps you easily use the Member Portal to send, view, and track documents securely with Saskatchewan Blue Cross. Follow the steps to manage your documents smoothly and get the most from the portal.

Click **“MY DOCUMENTS”** under the **“DOCUMENTS & FORMS”** menu.

Send a document

To send a document, click **"SEND A DOCUMENT".**

1. From the **dropdown menu**, select the document type you are sending. - If your document type doesn’t match any option, select **“Other.”** 2. To securely send documents to the Advisor Support Team at Saskatchewan Blue Cross: - **Drag and drop** or **attach** your documents. - You may include **up to 10 attachments** with a combined total size of **25 MB**. - Supported file types: **BMP, JPG, JPEG, PDF, XLS, XLSX**. 3. Add any **relevant directions or notes** in the **‘Add a message’** field. Once everything is ready, click **“SUBMIT.”**

Once the submission has been sent, a window will appear confirming the upload. Click "YES" to return to the "Send a document" screen.

Document history

1. In the **Document History** section, all documents you’ve sent **to** Saskatchewan Blue Cross will appear under **“Here’s the list of documents we’ve received from you.”** 2. All documents sent **from** Saskatchewan Blue Cross will appear under **“Here’s the list of documents you’ve received from us.”**\ \ Select the **file name** to open and view the sent or received document.
