Using Advanced Search Templates

Search Templates allow a user to load pre-configured criteria. The fields can have criteria pre-populated or be left blank. Search Templates are can be created by your Sentinel Support team or staff at your office who have been granted the role permission. Templates are available to all users.

While the screenshots below are taken from the "People" Advanced Search screen, the instructions remain the same across all Advanced Search pages including: Chapters, Officers, Events, Invoices, and Gifts.

Click "Add Search Template"

Each Search Template will have a short description along with key instructions. This first example instructs the user they will need to supply the office name to execute the search.

Click "Search"

Tip! From here you can modify or add additional search criteria to meet your needs.
