Introduction to Audio Troubleshooting
Alert! To prepare for Audio Troubleshooting, make you have complete the following items: 1. Make sure you are not accessing your visit using Incognito mode or Private mode in your browser. 2. Connecting to internet data from a service provider or a WiFi connection if internet data is not working well on a mobile phone. 3. Closing other applications and limiting others from streaming content on the same internet connection. 4. Using a desktop computer or laptop instead of a mobile phone. 5. Allowed athenaTelehealth permission to access your camera and microphone
Troubleshooting iPhone Audio Issues

Make sure that **Silent Mode** is off. On the device, move the Silent Mode\ switch forward so that the orange isn't showing.

Go to **Settings > Sounds** (or **Settings > Sounds & Haptics**) and drag\ the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times.

If issues persist from the telehealth visit, tap on the **"More" (three dots)** button at the bottom of your screen in your telehealth visit.

Click on the **"Settings" (Gear)** icon.

Scroll down to the microphone settings, tap the dropdown arrow and select **"Speakerphone"**. The sound should project more after this.
Note: If you still don't hear any sound or if the speaker button on the\ Ringer and Alerts slider is dimmed, the speaker might need to be repaired.\ Please contact Apple Support. If you hear a sound, make a call with an iPhone and turn\ on speakerphone. On an iPad or iPod Touch, make a FaceTime call.\ If you still can't hear or hear static, the network or reception could\ be the issue. Please contact your internet service provider.
