Create Mentor to Mentee

Click the "Transactions" tab.

Click "Commission"

Click "Sub Agents"

Click "New Sub Agent"

Select the Agent who will be the Mentor

Select the Agent who will be the Mentee to the Mentor

Select where the Mentor Fee will charged to
A Mentor's payment can only be deducted from the Mentee's portion of commission or the brokerage's portion of commission

Choose the source from which the Mentor commission payment will be calculated
You have the ability to choose the commission source from which the payment will be calculated

Click "BROKERAGE"

You can allocate a percentage of side count or percentage of volume to the Mentor; alternatively, enter zero in these fields if no allocation is desired

Click "Save"

Click "OK"
Set Mentor Percentage and Duration

Click "Edit Details"

Specify the start and end dates to define the period during which the Mentor will receive commission payments

Click the "End Date" field
Once the specified end date is reached, the Mentor’s association is automatically removed

Enter the percentage rate to be paid to the Mentor. This rate will be calculated based on the value entered in Step 9.

Click "Save"
