Mobile Annual Student Family Update Guide

This guide will walk you through the steps of completing the Annual Student Family Update from an Apple (iOS) mobile device to ensure your student’s information is accurate and up to date. Completing this process will take roughly 10-15 minutes. If you have multiple students, this may take longer to complete.

Navigate to the [ParentVUE app](https://apps.apple.com/app/id412054615) and log in. Note: If you don’t remember your login credentials, you can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link. A reset email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. NOTE: If you use a different email address than the one we have on file for you, you will not receive the reset password email.

Click on the Online Registration tab

Select the correct packet - Student/Family Update

Note: Once you click on the annual Student/Family Update you will be able to verify the correct application was selected.

Complete the update This user-friendly update allows you to verify and update your student's personal information. The Student Family Update is required for all custodial parents at the start of each school year. However, you can complete a new Annual Student Family Update at any time if there’s a change in important details, such as your address, phone number, emergency contacts, or busing information. Completing this update ensures access to your students' real-time grades, report cards, communication with staff, the ability to submit absences, and accurate student information. Note: Select **EDIT** next to your child's name to review their personal information, including details for bussing and alternate addresses. If you have more than one student, you will need to repeat this step for each student.

On the transportation pages, you can indicate whether your child will need bussing to and from school. You can also specify if your child will be picked up or dropped off at a different location other than your home.

To add an alternate address, simply check the box on the second transportation page and provide the necessary details.

Once the student section has a ✅ and is complete, you can move onto the next section.

Please review the information is correct.

Make sure to check the box and SUBMIT

Note: You will receive a confirmation message once your update was been successfully submitted. If you want to check your Annual Student/Family Update status, click on the status button.

It will then show the history of any online enrollments (including the Annual Student/Family Update) that you have submitted.
