Tap Forms to view all of the Forms you are able to complete.

From here you will have a list of Forms, Checklists, and Surveys you have permission to view and complete.

By selecting one you will then be able to start completing the Form.

Forms have different card types and will have certain requirements before you can click Next.

Once you've filled out the different fields the system will ask you to Submit your Form. This is a good spot to check that everything is accurate before you tap Submit.

After Submitting tap the X in the top right corner to take see your Forms again.

Tap My Submissions to view your Submissions you've previously Created.

When view a submission it will take you through the Form from the beginning.

To leave the Form you are view simply tap on the X in the top right corner.
