Modified Actions Menu in Campaigns & V3 Reporting

This tutorial demonstrates the modified Actions menu, now a Bullseye icon, in Campaigns, and how to take an action on a student or associate an eligible appointment. The same icon exists in V3 Reporting for taking an action.

Open Campaigns & Events

Click "Appointment or Messaging Campaigns" to open a campaign

Click the respective campaign to take an action or associate an eligible appointment

In the Appointments Scheduled, Appointments Not Yet Scheduled, and Summaries Created tabs, check the box beside "Name" in the Headers column menu to select all students, or individually click the box beside student names.

Click the Bullseye icon to take an action

Click "Eligible Appointments" to associate eligible appointments scheduled outside of the campaign link.

Check the box beside "Name" in the Headers column menu to select all students, or individually click the box beside student names.

Click the Bullseye icon to Associate Appointments

Click here.

Click "Yes" to Associate Appointments
