Molina: Contracting (Transfer)

Step-by-step instructions for requesting a hierarchy change in the Molina provider portal to join a new upline as a Downline Only subtype. Follow the navigation through Account > My Hierarchy Info, choose Request Hierarchy Change, search by upline or broker name, and select the appropriate upline.

Click "My Account"

Click "My Hierarchy Info"

Click "Change"

Click "--"

Click "Request Hierarchy Change"

Click "Join a new upline:\_\_" - **Downline Only** - You are paid commissions directly and own your book of business - **Dual Assignment** - Your commissions are assigned to this upline, but you own your book of business (rarely used). - **Licensed Only Agent** - Your commissions are assigned to your upline. You do not own the book of business.

Click "Search"

Click "Select". You will transfer after 90 days!
