Mountain Strong provides coverage for Vail Health employees, families, and couples therapy. Appointments are available in-person or virtually through telehealth based on the needs and preference of the patient. The goal of Mountain Strong is to reduce barriers and increase access for eligible employees and their family members in need of behavioral health services. All information is kept confidential and no personally identifiable information is shared with Human Resources or any other employer staff.
Vail Health benefits are available to all active employees of Vail Health, Colorado Mountain Medical, and Howard Head, including those in PRN positions. These benefits do not extend to Steadman Phillipon staff or contracted employees.
**Vail Health EAP Benefits Include:**
- 3 incidents of 6 covered visits (18 visits total) per year for employees
- 3 incidents of 6 covered visits (18 visits total) per year for each employee’s dependents
- Traditional therapy or psychiatric/medication management services
- Covered visits for multiple providers at the same time.
