Moving Prescriptions from Email to USB Drive

In this guide I will download a prescription from my email and get it moved to a USB drive for my monitor In this case, the prescriptions are going in a Precision Planting 20/20 monitor and the agronomist has already moved the files into the correct folder structure before emailing it to me
Typically, the agronomist will setup the correct folder structure and format for the prescription so that they're ready as soon as they come off the email, but you may want to verify with them first

Open up the email that has the prescriptions attached

Download the ZIP folder from the email
A "ZIP" folder is just a folder that's compressed into a single file to allow it to fit in an email

Click "Start"

Click "Documents" on the left hand toolbar

Click "Downloads"

Double-click the ZIP folder we downloaded from the email

Click and drag the folder inside to the USB drive NOTE: the USB drive may be named something like "Removable Disk (D:)" or another name

A progress window will appear while the files are copied

Click on the USB drive in the list to the left to open it and make sure the folder is there

Now the files are ready to go and the flash drive can be removed and taken to the monitor to be imported
