How to do Mutual Fund Verification in Pluang app.

Open Pluang app. At home, open "Account" menu.

Tap "KYC Pending" banner.

Tap Indonesian Asset Verification menu to start Mutual Fund Verification.

Please make sure that you have a bank account ready. When you are ready to start the process, tap the "Let's Go!" button.

Fill up all of your personal data.

If you select “Employee” as your occupation, you will be asked to enter your employment details. Fill in the details correctly.

If you choose “Housewife/Student” as your occupation, you will be asked to enter the details.

You will also asked to upload your most updated Family Card

Then you will be asked to enter your signature as it appears on your ID card. Make sure your signature is exactly the same as the one on your ID card.

Then, if you choose employment as an Employee, you will be asked to enter your trusted contact details.

For the next step, you can choose your investor profile based on your preferences of investment objective, risk you are willing to take, and the profit margin you expect from your investment. You can choose between Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive.

If you are not willing to take great risk for your investment and are fine with small potential profit margin, then you can choose Conservative profile.

If you can bear moderate or short-term risk but still want to play safe, you can choose Moderate.

If you want to maximize your future and are willing to bear great risk to your investment, then you can choose Aggressive profile. Then, tap "Confirm".

Next step is to add bank account information. Please make sure to only add bank account that belongs to you and have exactly the same name with your ID card and Pluang username.

Before adding your bank account information, upon tapping the box, User Agreement message will pop up. Please read carefully and click "Agree" to proceed.

You can continue filling up your bank information. Choose your bank and fill in your bank account number in the text box. After you fill in the number, "Verify" button will appear. Click to check whether your bank account has the same name with your

If your bank account name doesn't match your ID card name, you will get the notification as below,

If you still proceed to tap "Add Bank Account" despite the warning, you will get pop up that informed you the bank account name you entered doesn't match. You could either read FAQ to get more information about adding bank account, or change your data.

If you fill in the correct data, you will get notification that the name matches. Tap "Add Bank Account" to continue.

You will get next notification that the bank account you added will be used as Mutual Fund & Indonesian Stock Bank Destination.

Then select Bank BCA as your RDN for Indonesian stock transactions.

If you have previously registered a BCA account in Pluang, you only need to enter your signature.

However, if you have not registered a BCA account in Pluang, you can create a BCA RDN by entering your BCA account number and adding a signature.

Make sure to read and agree by ticking each Terms and Conditions

Your data has been successfully submitted. Tap "Confirm" to confirm your submission.
