MyShepherd: Paying Your Bill

This guide offers a straightforward approach to managing your account on My Shepherd, making it easy to view balances, payment options, and any holds that may affect your registration for future classes. By following the steps outlined, you can efficiently navigate your account, print necessary documents, and ensure timely payments.

Shepherd

Navigate to www.shepherd.edu/myshepherd and use your Shepherd credentials (email and password). Click "Account Detail by Term"

Select a term

Alert! Read all blue shaded boxes for key information.

Expand and read all informational boxes.

Scroll down to review your Account information including financial aid.

Alert! Before clicking the Pay Now button. Note your balance (after financial aid). This is the amount you will need to pay on the next screen.

Click "Pay Now"

***Reminder***: Read the key information related to this screen.

Select the term(s) for which you will be paying.

**Edit the amount.** You are required to pay the net balance after financial aid (which you see on the previous screen). \ \ If you have questions prior to payment related to financial aid , call 304-876-5470. If you have questions about your account, call 304-876-5284.

Review "Accounts Payable" and if correct, click "Pay Now"

You do have the option to Print your Bill.

"Holds" can be viewed from any screen and will provide directions for remediation.

Click MyShepherd button at top to return to main screen.
