This tutorial is an overview of the "My Account" section in the Setup tab.

In Setup, click "Profile"

The Profile page contains program information.

If your account is a Parents As Teachers Affiliate, the Affiliate ID and Data Sharing with the PAT National Center can be seen here.

Click the "Data Sharing Acknowledged?" field in order to have your account's data included in the national dataset and your account paid for by PAT National Center.

Review the tax exempt status

Manage the "Current Year Reporting Start Date" which sets the default for the Start Date parameter in all reports.

Manage the "Main Admin" login credentials. If the Main Admin is changing, then the current administrator would update this section with the new administrator's details. Then send a password reset to the new administrator.

The "File Upload" section allows account users to add files to a DropBox account in which they may not have any access to.

The "Texas Sales Tax Exemption Reason" can also be managed here.

Add "Additional Billing Contact"

Access the "Unpaid Invoice"

Review past "Paid Invoices"

"User Management"

Click the "+" button to add a new user.

Review users and their "Access Level"

Grant additional permissions

Click "User Management" to return the list of account users once permissions have been saved.

Finally, "Data Sharing"

When receiving a data sharing request from an Administrator or Data Account, you'll manage those requests in this section.

With any request, you can either "Allow" or "Deny". At any time, you can edit and change the response.
