Tap on My Listings.

Select the listing.

Tap through the menu items. Let's start with Grant Access.

You can see here that you can get an access code or grant SentriConnect access.

Under Appointment Settings you will find all of the requirements for your listing.

Under appointment type you have all three options here. These can be changed at any point.

From the main Appointment Settings screen, you can also turn on/off auto confirm and put in your auto confirm time frame.

Click the + icon to put in a new rule.

Put in your selections here and hit save.

Now your rule is added. Tap the back button to go back to settings.

You can also edit the settings for allowing overlapping appointments and you can temporarily suspend showings here. Now, let's tell the system what to do if your listing goes pending.

You can have SAM (SentriKey Assistant for Mobile) cancel your appointments or keep them, should your listing go pending. SAM will take this action automatically depending on your settings.

Just like with auto confirm, you can put in restrictions for your listing.

Let's start with the maximum showing length options.

Select your maximum showing length from the list and tap save.

Now you can work with the advanced notice options.

You do not have to have advanced notice, but some clients request/require it.

Finally, you can set an appointment restriction window.

Tap the + icon to start adding a new restriction. You can also see your current or past restrictions in here.

Put in your time frame here and tap save.

You will see the new restriction here. Tap the back button to go back to your listing settings.

Showing instructions are also available to work with.

Anything missing in your instructions will be in orange text.

Managing contacts for your listing is easy here as well.

You can add in a co-listing agent, client, or office staff here just like you can on web.

Search for the co-listing agent here.

Select the agent from the list.

Make sure to put in the options here and hit save.

Now let's select a client.

If it is a new client, you can add them by tapping the + icon.

Enter their information and tap Create Client Profile.

Tap confirm and your client will be added.

You can choose to turn the automatic forward on feedback on/off here. To edit your feedback form, please log into our website.

You will also find your scheduling like here. You can easily turn it on/off and share it from this screen.

You can also enable offers here (for Pro or higher tiers).

Finally, there are appointment history reports you can view.

Select the showing and you will get the full details of all communications around the showing.
