NEW pantry members ONLY.....Basic AdventHealth Pantry Registration - workflow

This guide provides a straightforward process for AdventHealth team members to register for pantry services, ensuring they can access essential resources easily. By following the simple steps outlined, users can set up their accounts, input necessary information. TAKE NOTE - Existing members will already have an account and just need a password reset

From any phone or computer visit <https://app.pantrysoft.com/login/stf-ah>and follow the 2 simple steps to set up user credentials and register their basic information.

In Step 1 - Each team member will scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Sign Up button.

Each team member will enter their basic information as seen below. Please ensure they select a username and password they will not forget. (This is necessary to login later for your online ordering). Then click the Sign Up button. \ \ NOTE: If the team member has already used our pantry before, please return to login and click "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" as creating a new username and password will cause a duplicate in our system.

After you click the Sign Up button, you will be taken back to the login screen and see a message telling you that your account has been created successfully.

Step 2: Click "LOGIN" once you now enter that username and password you just created

Please continue the team member's registration by filling out their basic information including their OPID under the ID Number Field.

Continue to fill all red starred basic information including email and "Cell Phone \*"

Team member info is now complete. Next, you will enter each Name and Date of Birth for all "Additional Household Members".

Only enter Names and Dates of birth for additional household members.

Next, fill out their Income, Disability and Retirement. Please note that this is MONTHLY income not yearly income. This is a monthly total of the ENTIRE household, not just the pantry member.

Scroll down to the next section. Help the team member fill out the required questions below.

Click and enter team member OPID

Click "Department Hired to (i.e - EVS, Landscaping, Nutritional Services etc.): *"

This is where the specific locations will be. Your team members will select the location they are going to utilize. (Either in person or Online Ordering)

We track if team members are from a Hospital campus, AHMG location or CentraCare.

Next, click "For ADVENT HEALTH EMPLOYEES ONLY: By checking the box, you agree that the information your entered is accurate to the best of your knowledge."

The final step is to click "SAVE AND CONTINUE" to complete your pantry registration.

Once complete, your team members will receive an email with all pantry location (Times & Address/location). This way they can visit the pantry that is most convenient for them.

Each member can save the pantry soft link <https://app.pantrysoft.com/login/stf-ah>to return bi-weekly to place their online pantry order. Please note: If your Team Member forgets their Username or Password, please do not create another account for them.
