Navigate to <https://nipr.com/products-and-services/producer-database>

Click "Get a Report" under "individual & business entities".

Click "Download a PDB Report"

Click "Individual" or "Business" depending on the type of report you want to download (if you have an agency, select "business").

Continue to add any requested information.

Select "start" to proceed to ordering the Producer Report

Select "PDB detail report"

Select "submit request" and proceed through the next few screens.

Select "view detail" to export the report.
