Navigating Tasks in Salesforce.

Keeping on top of your Tasks is important in Salesforce, but different people like to manage their Tasks in different ways. This guide shows how to pin your preferred Tasks List View, and also how to toggle between Table, Kanban and Split Views, so you can find what works for you.

From the home page, click "**Tasks**"

These are your recently viewed **Tasks** in **Table** form:

To pick a different **List View**, click on this little black down arrow.

Click "Open Tasks"

Now you are looking at Open Tasks, click the **Pin** to make this is the default list every time you come to **Tasks**.

You can also change the layout of the list. Click here "Select List Display".

Select "**Kanban**"

You now see the same information in **Kanban** form, sorted by the **Stage** of the **Task.**

Or, to see a combination of the **Table** and detailed view, click on the icon again and select "**Split View**"

With the **Split View**, you have a list of your **Tasks** on the left and the detail of the selected **Task** on the right.

Select a different **Task** from the list on the left......

....and now we see the different **Task** shown on the right.
