Accessing the Payment Portal

Navigate to the [ItsaCheckmate Payment Portal](https://itsacheckmate.chargebee.com/portal/v2/login?forward=home)

Enter your email address in the "**Email address**" field and click "**Continue**"

You will receive an email with the subject: "**Your One Time Password (OTP)**"

Copy the six digit password from the email and paste it in the Portal login password prompt

Click "**Login**"
From here, you will be able to view: - Account Information - Billing & Shipping Addresses - Payment Methods - Billing History
Updating Account Information - Billing Contact & Password

Click on "**Account Information**"

Here, you can update contact information and set up a password (if you would like to).\ To update contact, click on "**Your Name and Email address**" field.

Here you can update your account details, including: - Billing Contact First and Last Name - Email - Phone Number Make the changes you wish to make and click on '**Update**' to save
Note: Each location can only have ONE billing contact. If you update the account details with a new billing contact email, the original billing contact will no longer be able to access the account billing and only the new billing contact will be able to do so with the updated email on file.
Updating Billing Address

To update your billing address, click on "**Billing & Shipping Addresses**"

Enter your updated information and click '**Update**' to save.
Adding or Updating Payment Methods

To add a new payment method, select "**Payment Methods**".

Click "**Add New**"

Select payment type - Credit card or ACH - and complete all the necessary fields with your payment information. Click '**Add**' to Save.
ACH Account information must be verified as part of the set up process. Two micro-deposits will be sent to your bank account that you will need to confirm in the verification step.

Once you receive these micro-deposits, to verify them - click on the ACH account and select '**Verify**'

You will then be prompted to verify TWO micro-deposits. Enter the amounts and click '**Verify**'

Viewing Invoices and Billing History

To view your invoices or process an immediate payment, click "**Billing History**"

To process an immediate payment, click '**Pay Now**' and follow the prompts.

To view an invoice, click "**Download**" next to the invoice you wish to view.
