Click "Start Unit-level Prize or Award Nomination"

Enter your APS login credentials and select "Log In"

Click "Click here to begin a new Submission"

Select the "Forum on Diversity and Inclusion (FDI)" option from the first dropdown.

Select the "Braslau Family Travel Grant" option from the second dropdown.

Click "Save and Next" to begin the application.

The first form after selecting "Save and Next" is an optional demographics form. Optional demographics may be completed at the applicant's discretion and has no bearing on the evaluation process. Individual demographic data is **never** shared, per APS privacy policies; however, aggregate data of all applicants may be shared with the Selection Committee after the conclusion of the award cycle, upon request, to inform future solicitation efforts. Completing this information is always optional, and applicants should not feel pressured to complete it.
