The Route optimisation and navigation tools are found in Day Pilot.

As an owner / admin, you can view the jobs and routes for each worker or team and you can switch between the optimised route and a manual route that can be created on the round or from the planner by dragging and dropping jobs into position.

The Day Pilot for workers just shows their assigned work like 'my work'

The same options to have the job order set manually or optimised show on mobile if workers are allowed to do this from the owner settings. Set an end address and the navigation will use your business address on desktop or GPS location on mobile as the starting point.

The jobs will show in order with number indicators on the location pins

On pressing onto a job, this will become the focus on the map and the car icon will show to navigate to it. On pressing this, your preferred navigation app will open.

Pressing on the details will allow you to open the job details and mark the job as done or skipped as normal from the pink menu button.

As an owner / admin, you can view the jobs that are yet to do per worker and the completed jobs

For a better overview of the status of jobs throughout the day, go to the overview.

Here you can see all jobs or filter by user and see the last known location for each worker / team and the status of each job in real time.

To set the optimised order for each worker as an admin / owner, go to the work planner, navigate to the users at the top of the chart, then select 'optimised drive' from the pink menu button. For workers themselves, this is done from the menu on the 'my work' section in the same way.
