New Phone and Duo (menu method)
Please note: For this method to work, your new phone must have the same phone number.

Navigate to [drew.edu/duo](http://drew.edu/duo) and enter your username and password. **Before you login,** click on the blue Duo Security text.

In the dropdown menu named "Default," click on either Call or Text. For this example, we'll be using Call.

Click "Login". Duo will call your phone and prompt you to approve the login.

At the next page, when you get prompted for a Duo Push, **IGNORE THE PUSH!** Instead, click on other options.

At the bottom of the list, click on "Manage Devices."

You'll be asked to authenticate again. Both texts and calls will work.

You'll be taken to a screen with your linked devices. Find your phone number, and click "I have a new phone."

Follow the steps to set up your new phone.

Duo will ask you to authenticate once more.

You'll receive a code either through call or text. Put that code into the box that pops up.

Make sure the Duo Mobile app is installed on your phone, then click Next.

Scan the QR code with your phone's Duo Mobile app. You should be all set!
