New Student Google/Blackbaud Invitation Steps

Welcome to St. Mark's! Please follow these instructions to activate your St. Mark's Email account, and create your BlackBaud account. If you experience any problems with this process, please contact Helpdesk@stmarksschool.org

Navigate to <https://console.jumpcloud.com/login> to activate your St. Mark's Email Account. Click the email field and enter your new St. Mark's email address. (Found in your Enrollment portal under "Email Credentials") Click "Continue"

Click the "User Password" field and enter the email password found in your Enrollment Portal under "Email Credentials". Click "SSO Login"

Your account has been activated! You should now be in your JumpCloud Portal. Click on the Gmail Link to go to your St. Mark's Gmail account. (In the future, you may go directly to Gmail) *Note: The Canvas link will be activated for you at a later time*

The first time you log into your St. Mark's Gmail account, you will be required to accept Google Service Agreement. Please review the Google Service Agreement, and select "I Understand" to Continue.

**These next steps are to create your Blackbaud account.**

Open the "Connect to St. Mark's School" email that should be waiting for you in your Inbox.

Click "Accept Invitation" to create your Blackbaud account.

Click "Continue with Google". (In the future, you should always select "Continue with Google" when you access BlackBaud)

Click "<yourname>@stmarksschool.org"

Click "Continue"

You have now created your Blackbaud account!
