New feature: Custom Persona

This new feature allows you to easily personalize Charlie’s writing style and tone. With fewer steps and in less time, you can upload your training documents (PDF, .docx, or .txt files) directly in your Admin dashboard, by activating the Custom Persona toggle within settings. Charlie's internal brain processes these documents to generate a style guide that will follow in their conversations. IMPORTANT: The custom persona will apply to the specific setter that’s being configured.

Go to the AI setter in your dashboard, and select one of your use cases

Look for the "Persona" section in the settings menu and activate the toggle.

Upload as many files as needed, below you'll see documents that are being used foe your persona with possibility to download or delete. You can also include "Banned words" in this section to ensure better alignment with your brand tone of voice.
