Welcome to Nutshell! Streamline sales and marketing with our easy-to-use CRM that helps B2B businesses unlock business growth. Take our **self-guided tour** to get an inside look of Nutshell before signing up for your free trial.

This is your customizable dashboard. It is the first thing you will see when you log in and summarizes all key activities, tasks, and metrics for the day. Want to change what you see here? No problem! It's completely customizable to you.

From anywhere in the platform, you can create a new task by clicking + \[+Add new\] on the top beside the search bar. This button makes it incredibly easy for your team to stay organized while staying on top of their game.

When you add a new lead in Nutshell, you can easily add all relevant information about your prospect & sales deal. You can also enter the lead into relevant audiences and pipelines for both sales tracking capabilities and email automation.

To zoom out on your sales pipeline & find key information about your leads, visit the Companies, People, or Leads section(s).

You can choose between 4 different views to help your team filter, segment, and visualize information in a way that's most efficient for them. Let's check out 2 of them together. Click "Board."

The board view is great for looking at and managing leads by stage in the pipeline. You can filter the leads in your view by clicking the blue funnel box in the top lefthand corner.

You can then filter the leads in your view by any criteria listed here.

In the board view, you can also drag and drop lead cards to the different columns to move them within the pipeline. Or you can drag the lead card to the bottom to mark them as lost or won.

The chart view gives you real-time reporting capabilities so that you can see how your leads are trending for a specific time period.

**Create forms for your website** - Use **Nutshell forms** to automatically create new leads in your CRM from your website contact form - Leverage **email features** to automatically send out drip series or follow-up emails for those leads

**Get More Data that Helps You Sell** Built-in features like **Website Analytics & VisitorIQ** give you insights into your website visitors before they even complete a form.
