Offer Management - Android

Please note: This feature is only available for Pro or higher SentriKey Showing Service users

Start by tapping the My Listings tile on the SentriKey Showing Service home screen

Select your listing

Scroll down the list

Tap on Offers and then enable offers for your listing. If you previously had offers enabled and had turned them off, you will see your old offers come up.

You can customize your instructions. Tap through.

Edit your instructions and tap save.

Now click View Offers

You can review your offers here. Tap the one you want to review.

Each offer will have a status. You can change this by using the drop down menu.

You can change the status of the offer here.

Scroll down the screen to view all pertinent information. Click the back button to go back to your offers.

Through the + symbol, you can share the offer link or manually enter an offer.

Tap Send an Offer Link to share the link.

You can search for an agent here.

Search for and select the agent.

Then tap send. You can also add another recipient.

Tap done on the success message

Tap the + symbol again and tap Enter Offer Manually.

Select the agent submitting the offer.

Search for the agent here and then tap to select.

You can input the offer price here.

Put in the details of the net sheet, all important details for your seller.

Below that enter the closing date, financing type, concessions, contingencies, and notes where applicable. The hit save.

Click done on the success screen

Tap the share icon.

You can email or print offers here.

Let's start with emailing offers.

Search for and select the agent. You can also search clients here.

Then hit send.

And then done on the success screen
