From the SentriLock Showing Service screen, tap My Listings

Select your listing

Tap Offers

Enable offers here. If you previously had offers enabled, those past offers will come up.

You can edit the instructions that other agents will see with your offer link

Put in your instructions and hit save.

Click View Offers

You can use the + symbol to share the offer link and manually input an offer

Select Send an Offer Link here

You can send to an agent. You can also enter an email address outside of our system as well.

Tap send. You can add recipients here, as well, to send to multiple.

Tap OK on the success screen

Now let's manually enter an offer. Tap the + symbol again.

Tap Enter Offer Manually

Tap Select an Agent

Search for an agent in our system here or tap the radial button next to Out of Area Agent to input for an agent not in your MLS or association.

Once you select the agent, select the status.

These are the available statuses. Select the appropriate one.

Now input all of the details including offer price and seller net sheet details.

Below the net sheet, put in the closing date, financing type, concessions, contingencies, and notes where applicable.

Once completed, hit submit.

Tap OK on the success screen

To share the offers, click on the share symbol on the top right.

You can email offers or print them here. Tap Email Offers.

Search for the agent or enter an email address that is outside of our system.

Tap the address once entered.

Then hit Send

Now let's print the offers

Our app will create a PDF report that you can then share or print.
