This feature is for Office subscription level users only. When logged in as an office staff member or broker, you can manage showings and activity of your agents.
Working with certain companies or agents

Click Select Team to view your office and agents.

You can use this screen to view certain offices (where applicable) and select agents.

Select which agents to work with and hit save.
Viewing the office dashboard calendar

Here you can view appointments in your office by month, week, or day. There is also a list view we will show you.

Now view the list view by selecting the button on the right.

As you hover over appointments, you will see the agent impacted by the showing. To view details about the showing, click the calendar icon for it.

Here you will see the showing details including agents involved.

You can also view itinerary details by selecting them on the calendar view as well.
Reviewing showing requests and resending requests

To review a request that has come in for a listing in your office, select review request.

You can approve or decline the showing here.

You can also resend a showing request to an agent with a listing outside of your company's listings.
Filtering the calendar view

You can filter your calendar view by showing or listing agent and showing appointment status. Start by clicking the filter button.

Select your the options you want to filter by.

Your calendar view will refresh each time you turn on or off a filter option. Click here. Click here.
Scheduling a showing for an agent

Click "Schedule a Showing" from your dashboard.

Click the "Search Listings" field.

Find the listing you want to schedule a showing for.

Select the appointment date.

Start typing the showing agent's name. You can select one that is inside or outside of your company depending on the situation.

Select the appointment length

Use the yellow box to drag up and down to select the time. Because James is in your office, you can see his schedule on the right-hand side. You will notice 2:00-2:30 greyed out. That is because James has a confirmed showing appointment at that time and we don't want to double book him.

Once everything is entered in, select 'Schedule Now'
Managing listings for agents

From your dashboard, click "Listings"

Select the agent from the dropdown and then the listing you want to manage.

Feedback on agent listings

You can work with feedback on listings and showings from within your company as well. Start by selecting 'Feedback' on the menu to the left. Then select the listing agent in the drop down menu and then 'View Feedback' for your

You will then see the feedback received for listings.

You can also forward to a listing agent's client for them as well.

You can also view the feedback for showings agents have done.

Here you can see the showing feedback that the agent Elizabeth Jones has provided on listings.

Click the View Feedback button to show and hit close.
