EARS Admin Reports: Admin Audit Log

The Admin Audit Log records all administrative activity in the EARS portal, making it easy to monitor changes and track what actions were taken, by whom, and when. This guide covers how to access the log, filter entries by date, action type, and service, and export your results.

🔍 Access the Admin Audit Log

**Navigate to the Admin Audit Log** - Go to the [**Admin Portal**](https://app.juvotec.com/dashboard) and sign in - Click the **Reports** tab in the left navigation to expand it - Select **Admin Audit Log**

📋 View the Audit Log

**Review the Log Table** - The log displays the following columns: **Time**, **Email**, **Service**, **Action**, and **Description** - Results default to today's date when you first open the log - Click any **column header sort icon** to arrange entries in ascending or descending order

🎛️ Filter the Audit Log

**Use a Quick Date Filter** - Click **Last 10 Days** to view entries from the past 10 days - Click **Last 30 Days** to view entries from the past 30 days

**Open Filter Settings** - Click the **Filter** button to open the full filter panel

**Set a Custom Date Range** - Click the date fields to select a start and end date for the log period - Use the calendar shortcuts on the left for quick ranges: **Last Week**, **Last Month**, **Last 3 Months**, **Last 6 Months**, or **Last Year** - You can also filter by a specific time range within your selected dates - Click **Clear** to reset the date range and start over

**Filter by Action Type** - Check one or more boxes to filter by the type of action performed: - **Create**: Something was added - **Update**: Something was changed - **Delete**: Something was removed

**Filter by Service or User** - Click the **Service** dropdown and select a specific part of the system to narrow results (e.g., User, Call Flow) - To filter by a specific person, click the **User** field and type a name in the **Search user** field

**Apply or Reset Filters** - Click **Update** to apply all selected filters and refresh the log - Click **Reset** to clear all filters and return to the default view

📤 Export the Audit Log

**Download the Log as a CSV** - Click the **Export** button at the top of the page - Click **OK** to confirm the export - A CSV file will download to your device 💡 *Apply your filters before exporting. The CSV will only include the entries currently visible in the table.*

📖 Understanding the Log Columns

**What Each Column Means** - **Time**: The date and timestamp of when the action occurred - **Email**: The email address of the admin who performed the action - **Service**: The area of the system that was affected (e.g., User, Call Flow) - **Action**: The type of change made (Create, Update, or Delete) - **Description**: Additional detail about what specifically was changed or affected

## ✅ Tips for Success - The log defaults to today. If you're researching something older, set a custom date range before reviewing. - Combining filters (date + action type + user) gives you the most focused results. - Always filter before exporting so your CSV only contains what you actually need. - Use the **Service** filter to quickly isolate changes to a specific part of the system, like call routing or user settings.
