Once the recruiter requests onboarding through the pipeline processes the branch will receive an email
Alert! This is the only way the onboarding team will know to onboard a candidate

Click on the candidate's name
Tip! by clicking on the candidate's name it will direct you to the candidate's profile

Click on the onboarding tab on the candidate's profile

Click on "Send Onboarding Tasks"

It will then prompt you to create a log in to the employee portal and send an email. This will give access to the candidate to complete their onboarding

A window will pop up confirming the new user. Click Close

Click on Onboarding Packets

Use the drop down menu to select the appropriate onboarding packet (State Specific)

Click on the packet

Click on the add icon to attach the packet.
Alert! If the add icon is not clicked the onboarding packet will not be attached to send to the candidate.

If you need to send any client specific onboarding docs, click on E-Signature Documents.

Use the dropdown menu to select the document.

Click on the document

Click the add icon to attach the document.

Click "Send"

Sometimes documents require prefill. Fill out the prompts until it allows you to send.

Click on the edit icon next to to the candidate's name.

Under Flag, use the dropdown to change the candidate's flag

Select "Yellow"

Under Talent Status, use the drop down to change the status of the candidate

Select "Pending Onboarding"

Click the save icon.

Scroll down to Contact Information and click on the edit icon

Scroll down to the candidate's address information

Click on the Zip/ Postal code

Press the " [[tab]]" button on your keyboard

Once you click tab on the keyboard a GEO code will populate.
Alert! Without the GEO code on the candidate's profile, payroll will not be able to process pay for candidates

Click the save icon

Click on the activities tab on the candidate's profile

On the right side of the activities, click on the pipeline icon to change the stage of the candidate.

Click the drop down under "Stage"

Select "OB SENT"

For this stage it is not required for you to email the owners (branch). If requested by a recruiter or branch please use the dropdown under "Email to" and select owners.

Click "Update Pipeline"

Click on the results tab on the candidate's profile

This tab will show the candidate's response to the questions from the web application. To view the results click on the eye icon.

A window will open showing the results. Check that there are no wrong answers.

Click "Close" once done reviewing.

Click on the tags tab on the candidate's profile

Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "Onboarding Specialist"

Click on the edit icon on the right side of the page

Under "Onboarding Specialist" click on the text box and type your name

Alert! After Onboarding has been completed

Click documents tab on the candidate's profile

Click on Standard next to their I9 document

Click the drop down and choose ID

Click Fully Onboarded

Click on the Activities tab on the candidate's profile

on the text box type fully onboarded and click update pipeline

Click on the two people icon

Find the candidate that is fully onboarded

Click on the green person icon

Click Nominate

The candidate will then move to the nominate stage (submitted)

Find your candidate --> if there you are all done!
